A great and easy way to get free stuff and groceries is with "Free Item" coupons. There are a few ways you can get these. I get them in the mail a lot.
Sometimes I post the links on here where you can sign up to get a coupon for a free item. I always sign up for these and usually do get the coupon.
Another way is through Kraft First Taste http://www.kraftfirsttaste.com/ I have been a member of this for a while, and when a new Kraft product comes out sometimes they will send you an email to try it free with a coupon. If you get the email in time, and respond they will send you a coupon in the mail for the product for free, and sometimes $ off coupons as well. I love this site. Also, when you try it you can go on a review the product. I always try to do this as well. I don't know if it helps get more coupons or not, but I do it anyway.
Another way to get coupons in the mail is through Vocalpoint. http://www.vocalpoint.com/index.html You can sign up on their website. They sometimes randomly send coupons. Coupons for free stuff, and sometimes free samples. I have gotten cereal bars, razors, and other things like that. Coupons for free stuff like waffles and etc. They just will send the coupons and free samples out randomly.
Another way also is through Psst General Mills. You can sign up on their website.http://pssst.generalmills.com/ They send out coupons for new General Mills products. I just got a coupon in mail today for a new kind of break and bake cookies. They also send you extra $ off coupons to give out to friends and they are usually great coupons.
Today at Walmart with my free item coupons that I have gotten different ways, I got:
Hunts Ketchup-(signed up online for), Digiorno Flatbread Melts-(From Kraft First Taste), 2 Velveeta Shells and cheese cups-(From Kraft First Taste), Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs-(From Kraft First Taste), Cascade Rinse Aid-(Came in a coupon book I signed up online for) All For Free!!!!!!!
